Large antique platform scale.
Made by "John Chatillon & Sons, Makers. New York, U.S.A.".
A solid, heavy duty old scale.
Constructed of cast iron and steel.
Unique shape and style.
Beautifully weathered and worn, displays great.

24" wide | 29.25" deep | 74.75" tall

CONDITION
Good condition overall for a centuries old heavily used old scale.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, chipped paint, staining to scale face, rusting, pitting, corrosion, etc.
Wear does not affect function. Still a solid piece all around.
Appears to have been repainted over the years.
Original glass lens, still in nice condition, no cracks.
Iron is worn through along the bottom of two cross supports, does not seem to affect function.
