CONDITION
Very nice condition overall.
Shows wear and tear from decades of use.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, staining, splits and separation in wood, nail holes, edge wear, wear to paint/finish.
Various mends and repairs evident, some replacement trim, added nails, layers and layers of paint, etc.
Old paint still well adhered, not actively chipping off.
Clean interior.
