Very nice condition overall.
Typical wear and tear, scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, nicks, chips, splits in wood, staining, rusted nails, etc.
Paint on sign is crackled and crazed but not actively chilling off, still well adhered.
Clean, conditioned, ready for use.
