Typical wear, scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, light creasing, surface rust, chips in paint, etc.
Wood frame cracked and weathered, still secure to sign.
Mends and repairs evident.
Extra wood supports added to stabilize frame/sign.
Paint is chipped in a few places but not actively flaking off.
