Originates from Central Wire and Steel, Chicago.
Very heavy and very sturdy table.
Built to withstand a lot of use.
Top is a large slab of maple butcher block.
Perfectly worn from decades of use.
Unique swing out seat in the center.
Would make a great desk, work table, island, etc.
Base has been given a clear coat to protect the original finish, and give it a nice clean surface.
Thoroughly cleaned and conditioned, ready for use.

CONDITION
Very good condition overall.
Normal wear and tear from decades of use.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, saw marks, old drill holes, heavy staining, wear to paint, surface rust, etc.
Top has a large "scar" and blue paint from an old vise, front right, slightly raised to the touch.
Remnants of old gray paint as well as some yellow and green paint splatter.
Thoroughly cleaned and conditioned.
Base has been given a clear coat to protect the original finish, and give it a nice clean surface.
A solid piece all around.
