CONDITION
Nice condition overall considering age and use.
Typical wear and tear.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, chips, nicks and splits in wood, old nail holes, staining, paint loss, paint splatter, etc (see pictures).
Old mends and repairs evident.
A few chunks of wood missing here and there (see pics).
Drawers and door latches open and close nicely.
Shelves/interior are well stained but clean.
Paint is chippy and distressed but stable, not actively flaking off.
