Unique apothecary cabinet.
This cabinet started it's life as a built-in in an actual apothecary.
Salvaged and turned into a stand alone cabinet.
Old tongue and groove adorn the sides. 100+ year old church pew wood for the top and bottom.
Solid, heavy duty, well-built.
18 large drawers.
Several different colors of old layered paint, the front has white with light green along the bottom, the left side is also white and the right side is beige.
Natural wood drawers pop against white cabinet.
Chunky wood, and cast iron drawer pulls.
A beautiful patchwork piece, truly one of a kind.
Thoroughly cleaned and conditioned.
Useful and displays beautifully.
Overall - 77” long | 19” deep | 37 1/4” tall
* All drawers vary slightly in size
Top drawers - 8 5/8” wide | 14” deep, front to back | 4 1/8” tall
Middle drawers - 8 3/4” wide | 14” deep, front to back | 5 3/4” tall
Bottom drawers - 8 3/8” wide | 14” deep, front to back | 10 3/4” tall
CONDITION
Very good condition overall.
A solid, usable everyday piece.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, old nail holes, replacement wood, splits, stains, chips in paint, edge wear, etc.
Various mends and repairs evident.
Some of the drawer bottoms have stains and drawers dip down slightly when pulled out.
All drawers slide smoothly and have been cleaned.
Old layered/chipped paint throughout. Paint still well adhered, not actively chipping.
Sides of the cabinet are different colors, one side is white like the front, the other side is beige. There is also a strip of green paint along the front bottom.
Top depth is slightly shorter than base creating a small gap when against a wall.
Thoroughly cleaned, conditioned and ready to use.
