Very nice condition overall.

Light scuffs and scratches, dings, dents, nicks, chips, splits in wood, staining, edge wear, nails holes, surface rust on casters etc.
A few chunks of wood missing along top edge of drawers.
Wear does not affect function.
Drawers and cabinets work well as they should.
Old mends and repairs evident.
Thoroughly cleaned and conditioned.
